The rules of engagement are absolute and unyielding! A tile is not available for matching unless it adheres to the Mandate of Two Free Sides:

1. Lateral Liberation: The chosen tile must have at least two of its adjacent, vertical faces completely uncovered! If three sides are blocked by neighbors, it is Trapped! It must be free to slide left/right/forward/backward from the stack! 🚧
2. Vertical Veto: No tile can be sitting directly atop the chosen block! If it is burdened by a Superimposed Structure, it remains Submerged and unavailable! 🚫

You must master the art of selecting pairs whose removal will Simultaneously Liberate the maximum number of new tiles from the layers below and beside!
