– 2 tbsp tapioca flour
– 2 tsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp turmeric, floor
For the beans
– 400g crushed tomatoes (1 can)
– 460g black beans (2 cans)
– 2 tbsp cumin, ground
– 1 tbsp chili powder (or paprika)
– 1/2 tsp salt

Cashew Bitter Cream (1 jar)
– 1 cup raw cashew nuts (simmered for 5 minutes and drained)
– 1/2 cup drinking water
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp white vinegar (I utilised rice vinegar)
– 1/4 tsp salt
