About Dr.Martina:
Dr.Martina Fausch is a Clinical Sexologist with over 18 years of experience in private practice helping people overcome sexual concerns and dysfunctions. Her education includes a Doctor of Philosophy and a certificate in Clinical Sexology from the Institute of Advanced Study of Human sexuality, and a certificate in Clinical Sexology Sexocorporel from Zürich Institute for Clinical Sexology and Sexual Therapy.
Dr.Martina Fausch was born and raised in Switzerland, spent the last 40 years in the SF Bay Area, and has called Maui her home since 2021. She is a sex-positive sexual being and has made it her life’s work and passion to help people understand, accept and celebrate their unique sexuality. Her diverse background and interest in the many facets of fully developed sexual health, combined with clear language and analogies that everyone can relate to, makes the learning easy, fun, and accessible.
Over the past eight years, she has specialized in premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, female anorgasmia, and body-image issues. Additionally, she has helped people with other sexual concerns, including vaginismus, lack of desire, lack of sexual understanding and experience, diminished sexual self-assurance, sexual value judgments, etc.
Dr. Fausch asks the right questions, listens with a compassionate heart, and imparts expert knowledge promoting the client’s motivation for treatment and results.
Dr. Fausch works primarily within the Sexocorporel framework to resolve the client’s sexual concerns and achieve optimal sexual health by focusing, identifying, and reinforcing the client’s sexual strengths. Work done during the sessions helps the client review their sexual arousal mode and its limitations, improve sexual self-assurance and genital eroticization, and
increase awareness, compassion, and acceptance for their sexual body.
Dr.Fausch’s approach starts with an evaluation session that provides an opportunity to become familiar with the client’s issue and offers a therapeutic approach with a limited number of sessions to address and correct the sexual concerns. The therapeutic sessions are comprised of in-person or online visits and at-home exercises.
