📝 Special Statement

The Presidential Purge: A High-Stakes Climb to Power! 👑🃏

You are now locked into The Presidential Purge, a ruthless, high-velocity 4-player card game where only one goal matters: total, absolute card clearance! This is a race for status and dominance—the first to empty their hand seizes the title of President, while the last one left is branded the miserable Scum! 🤯💥

The Unforgiving Hierarchy: Rank and Relentless Play! 📈🔥

Your success hinges on your understanding of the Unforgiving Hierarchy of the cards! Unlike most games, the rank is completely inverted to emphasize power and speed:

Rank (High to Low) Card
Highest (The Bomb) 2
Second Highest Ace (A)
Middle K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4
Lowest (The Weakest) 3
  • The Power Rule: Your fundamental move is simple: play cards that are strictly higher than the cards currently on the table. If a 9 is played, you must play a 10 or higher.
  • Massive Multiples: You can play multiple cards of the same rank (a pair of 8s, a trio of Queens, etc.), but the number of cards you play must match the number of cards previously led. If a player leads a pair of 5s, you must follow with a pair of 6s or higher.

The Strategic Stall: Passing and the New Lead! 🧠✋

Even with a hand full of high cards, strategy requires knowing when to yield the ground!

  • The Pass: You may pass your turn at any time, even if you have a valid card to play. This is a critical tactical decision, often used to save high-value cards (like the 2s) for a more impactful moment or to force an opponent to waste a strong set.
  • The New Lead: The game resets and the trick ends after 4 consecutive passes (one from each player). The player who last played a card before the passes then gets to lead a new card (or set of cards) of any rank, restarting the battle for supremacy!

The Stakes: Win the hand to clear your cards faster and ascend the ranks in the next round (where the Scum is forced to give their best cards to the President)! Can you manage the powerful 2s, master the hierarchy, and get rid of your cards to claim the Presidency? 🏆
