• Identical Match: The two tiles must be an Exact Match of symbol and color. (The four Season tiles and four Flower tiles are usually exceptions, matching any tile within their respective groups).
• Free Tile Mandate: Crucially, both tiles must be Free to be selected. A tile is considered Free only if it meets two conditions:
  1. It is Not Covered by any other tile resting directly on top of it.
  2. It has at least one of its long sides (Left or Right) completely Unobstructed by an adjacent tile, allowing it to slide out.
