Summary:
Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking candidates interested in coordinating and assisting with project management between our business development and marketing staff and business partners.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate events, roundtables, and dinners
- Create event registration pages and manage attendee reports
- Prepare materials for conferences and events
- Serve as point of contact for event sponsorships
- Research, order, and maintain inventory of promotional items
- Update award nomination calendar
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare and review new business proposals
- Prepare sales reports
- Quality assurance (jargon, grammar, formatting issues, etc.) on presentations and marketing collateral
- Assist with new employee bios and headshots
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of project and event coordination experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in the usage of any or all of the following business tools are preferred
- Microsoft Teams
- Prior experience using HubSpot is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
