Chicken mince 400 gm
Onion chopped 1 ½ cup
Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
Gram flour ¾ cup heaped
Garlic 1 tbsp leveled
Mint finely chopped 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp heaped
All spice powder 1 tsp
Water ¼ cup
Egg 1
Soda a pinch
Oil for frying


Mix all above well, make into balls, fry on high flame till light golden, lower flame and cook till dark brown and crisp.


Spicy Bread Discs


Chicken tikka 1 finely shredded
Bread 6 slices
Green chilies chopped 2 tsp
Semolina 5 tbsp heaped
Cottage cheese crumbled ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
All spice powder ¾ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp heaped
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Oil for frying


Soak bread slices in water for 30 secs and squeeze the water out between the palms of your hand, mix all the ingredients together with a bread, knead well, divide the mixture into 1 tbsp equal parts, flatten like kebabs, deep fry , serve hot with chutney.



Ingredients for White Sauce

Butter 2ounce
Flour 3tbsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1tsp heaped
Milk ¾ cup
Water ¼ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves and green chilies chopped as required


Make thick white sauce with all the above ingredients.

Other Ingredients

Saltish biscuits 1 packet
Boiled and finely shredded chicken 1 ½ cup
Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup
Sweet corn ½ tin
Capsicum finely chopped 3 tbsp
Eggs 2 to 3 beaten
Fresh bread crumbs as required
Oil as required


Mix all the above in the prepared thick white sauce, mix well, cool mixture, spread on saltish biscuits, cover with second biscuit, dip in egg, coat in crumbs, chill for an hour, deep fry on high flame.
