AVOCADO CILANTRO SAUCE

⬇️⬇️INGREDIENTS⬇️⬇️

▶Ripe Avocado (Peeled)-1/2
▶Cilantro-Handful
▶Yogurt-2 tbsp
▶Lemon Juice-1/2 of a lemon
▶Garlic Powder-1/2 tsp
▶Himalayan Salt-1/2 tsp
▶Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp

⬇️⬇️METHOD⬇️⬇️

1️⃣ Merge all the elements – avocado, cilantro, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, Himalayan salt, and black pepper powder in a blender, and puree right up until smooth. If your sauce is far too thick, include water to slender your ideal consistency.
2️⃣ Alter lemon as needed.
3️⃣Keeps for 1 week in an airtight container

▮Be positive to contain the cilantro stems when mixing the sauce, they have even more taste than the leaves.▮

You can include any Yogurt ( Regular/FatFree/ Greek Yogurt/ Vegan) according to your decision and tastes
